• Italian Marble: Sourced from renowned quarries, our marble (including Carrara and Statuario) is selected for its purity and unique veining. Each block of stone is a singular creation of nature, ensuring that no two marble figurines are ever exactly alike. It represents timeless luxury and strength.
• Fine Porcelain: For our more delicate and ethereal designs, we turn to fine porcelain. Its smooth, translucent quality allows for a level of grace and subtlety that is unmatched. The process of firing porcelain at high temperatures creates a durable, glass-like finish that is both beautiful and resilient.
• High-Grade Artist's Resin: This modern, versatile material allows us to create complex, dynamic shapes that might be impossible with traditional materials. Proper care will ensure your art piece remains a cherished part of your collection for generations. While a detailed care guide is included with every purchase, here are some general guidelines based on material:

Universal Advice: Regardless of material, please avoid placing your figurine in direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent fading. Also, avoid areas with extreme fluctuations in temperature or humidity.

• For Bronze and Metals: Dust regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid all chemical and abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the patina. The natural darkening (patina) is an intended feature. If you wish for a higher shine, use a wax or polish specifically designed for bronze and apply sparingly.
• For Marble and Stone: Dust with a soft cloth. For cleaning, use a cloth lightly dampened with pH-neutral water. Dry immediately with a clean cloth. Never use acidic cleaners like vinegar or lemon, or abrasive powders, as they will permanently etch the stone's surface.
• For Porcelain and Ceramics: These pieces are fragile. Handle with clean hands to avoid transferring oils. Dust gently with a feather duster or a soft-bristled brush. If more thorough cleaning is needed, use a soft cloth with a small amount of mild soap and lukewarm water, then "rinse" with a clean damp cloth and dry completely.

Conditions for Return:

• The item must be in its original, undamaged condition.
• All original packaging, including protective materials and the presentation box, must be used for the return shipment.
• The original Certificate of Authenticity and any other included documentation must be returned with the piece.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Due to the intensive nature of this work, we accept a very limited number of commissions each year to ensure each project receives the full attention it deserves.

3. Quotation & Deposit: Once the design is approved, we will provide a detailed, transparent quotation. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place and begin the creation.
4. Creation: Our master artisan will begin the meticulous work of sculpting your piece. We can provide periodic photo updates on request.
5. Final Approval: Upon completion, we will share high-resolution photos and videos for your final approval before the remaining balance is due.
6. Delivery: Your one-of-a-kind artwork will be professionally packaged and shipped with white-glove service.

The Master Sculpture: Every single one of our designs begins as a "master" sculpture that is 100% sculpted by hand from a block of clay, wax, or stone by our lead artists. This is where the form, texture, and soul of the piece are born. This initial process can take hundreds of hours.

Molding and Casting: To make the art accessible to more collectors, a mold is created from this original master sculpture. This allows us to produce a limited series. The casting process itself is a technical craft, but the real artistry returns immediately after.

Hand-Finishing and Detailing: Each raw cast that comes out of the mold is imperfect. Our artisans spend hours hand-sanding seams, re-carving fine details, and ensuring the surface is flawless. This meticulous finishing work is what separates our pieces from mass-produced factory items.

Hand-Painting: All painting and application of patinas are done by hand. This ensures that the subtle color variations, brush strokes, and finishes give each piece its own unique character. Because of this, no two figurines, even from the same series, are ever 100% identical. This is the beauty and guarantee of true hand-craftsmanship.
