Frequently Asked Questions

Many common questions are answered on our FAQ page. You might find your answer there even faster!

You can track your order's journey in two phases: creation and shipping. Once your order is placed, it enters the creation phase, which includes final hand-finishing and a rigorous quality inspection. This typically takes 3-5 business days.

As soon as your piece is dispatched from our workshop, you will receive a detailed shipping confirmation email. This email is key, as it will contain your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the email. You can use this number to follow your artwork's progress right to your door.

A custom commission is a deeply collaborative and meticulous process, and its timeline reflects the care invested. While a typical project can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months, this duration is influenced by several factors: the complexity of your design, the specific materials chosen (some may require special sourcing), and our current commission schedule. The process is generally broken down into key stages: design consultation (1-3 weeks), sculpting and creation (8-16 weeks), and finishing/curing (1-2 weeks).

After our initial, detailed consultation where we explore your vision, we will provide you with a personalized and transparent timeline tailored to your specific project. We believe in keeping you informed and involved throughout this exciting creative journey.

Yes, we do. We believe the unboxing should be as memorable as the art itself. While all our pieces arrive in our elegant and secure signature packaging—a sturdy presentation box with custom foam inserts—we also offer a premium gift wrapping service. You can select this option at checkout for an additional fee.

Our premium service includes wrapping the presentation box in luxurious, heavy-weight, non-branded paper, tied with a double-faced satin ribbon, and includes a small, high-quality card for your personalized message, which we can hand-write for you. For all gift orders, we ensure that no pricing information or receipts are included in the package.

While this is an exceedingly rare event due to our meticulous packaging, we take full responsibility for ensuring your art arrives in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve this swiftly, please take clear photographs of both the damaged item and the shipping box it arrived in, and include these with your email along with your order number. It is crucial that you keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved, as our carriers require it for insurance claims. We will immediately arrange for a replacement to be created and shipped to you at no cost, or offer a full refund if you prefer.

Yes, absolutely. Every single piece created by Sculpted Grace is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. This is a vital document that guarantees the provenance and value of your artwork. It serves as our promise to you that the piece is a genuine creation from our workshop.

The certificate includes the name of the artwork, the materials used, the date of its completion, and if it is part of a limited edition, its unique number in the series (e.g., 7/100). Most importantly, it is personally signed by the lead artisan responsible for the piece. We advise you to keep this document in a safe place, as it is integral to the long-term value of your collection.

We understand that acquiring a significant piece of art is an investment. To make our collections more accessible, we are pleased to offer flexible payment options. During the checkout process, you will have the option to pay for your purchase in several manageable, interest-free installments through our trusted third-party partners like Klarna or Affirm.

Simply select your preferred financing option at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions for instant approval. For custom commissions, we typically arrange a different payment schedule, usually consisting of a 50% deposit to begin the work and the remaining 50% upon completion, prior to shipping. Please contact us to discuss payment structures for bespoke projects.
